Am I the only person allowed to drive the car?
Only the named driver(s) on the hire agreement may drive the vehicle. However, you may add up to three additional drivers for an extra cost. This can be arranged through our booking form and must be approved in advance. Please refer to our Rental Agreement for full details.
How old do I need to be to hire a car?
Drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a full, valid driving licence.
Do I need a UK driving licence to hire a vehicle?
No, but you must have held a full driving licence for at least 2 years.
If you hold a non-UK licence, you’ll also need to provide:

A valid passport

A valid return travel ticket

Proof of address (such as a hotel booking confirmation or utility bill)

An International Driving Permit (IDP), if required for your country of origin

Can I extend my car hire once it’s already started?
Yes, extensions may be possible, but must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability and approval. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs.
What if I return the car late?
Late returns may result in additional charges. We strongly recommend contacting us as soon as you know there might be a delay. Full terms and fees are available in our Rental Agreement.
Can I take the vehicle outside of the UK?
Taking the vehicle outside of the UK is not permitted, unless specifically agreed in writing before the start of the hire. For details on usage restrictions, please refer to our Rental Agreement.
